Live Worm Delivery Guarantee

To qualify for our Live Worm Delivery, you must be home at the time of delivery to receive the worms or notify us to add a "Hold at Post Office" notice to the package when placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery.
We encourage you to let your postal worker know you are expecting a live delivery, and you should keep an eye on your tracking information for delivery updates.
We cannot guarantee live delivery if the package is left in a mailbox or outside due to temperature fluctuations. This is why it is so important that you are home and actively watching for your delivery. We encourage you to sign up for order updates with USPS or UPS to get live updates on the status of your package. You can find that information when you receive your tracking information.
We must receive notification of a dead shipment within two hours of your order delivery. Please include an image of the worms, packaging and shipping label. This will help us trouble shoot what may have happened to your order,
If your shipping address changes after you place the order, the live guarantee is void. Please be sure to double-check the shipping address prior to completing your order.
There are no refunds for live worm orders. We will reship/replace and worm order one time at our cost.
